As an Account Manager Horeca: Brussels it is your mission to grow and manage WEEKEND’s horeca & event channel in the Brussels region, by taking full ownership over existing customers and prospecting of new customers.

As Account Manager, you will:

– Acquire & retain customers: you’ll be laser focused on acquiring new customers in the field on a daily basis, with a focus on restaurants, hotels, and bars. While hunting for new customers, you maintain strong relationships with existing customers and seek upselling opportunities.

– Organise tastings & trainings. Our cocktails sell themselves, your only job is to get them on people’s lips. You’ll organise frequent tastings and staff trainings at our customer’s venues, and attend our yearly trade shows. Little cocktail shaking skills? No worries, we’ll make you a real bartender in no time!

– Build wholesaler relationships. In order to get our cocktails to our beloved horeca customers, we need our wholesaler partners to deliver the goods. On top of that, great wholesaler relationships will bring in more sales because they become our ambassadors.

– Keep your admin clean. You’ll be handling incoming leads for your region, transfer new orders to our back office, make sure your CRM is up to date, and report to our head of sales during our weekly sales meeting.

 

Wat verwacht men van jou?

– A bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sales experience or in a similar role
– You get energy from going on the road and making contact with new prospects and existing customers
– You possess an ‘I can do anything’ mindset, work independently and take the initiative to make improvements
– You are commercially minded, persuasive and results-oriented
– You are a good listener and possess profound verbal and written communication skills
– You can thrive in a scale-up environment where everything is constantly evolving and where flexibility in working hours is needed
– You preferably live in Brussels
– You speak French and Dutch
